Each visa application will have different associated costs. Costs to consider include, Department charges, health exams, police checks, English testing, skills assessments, State nomination charges, translations and professional fees for preparing your visa application. We will provide estimates for the appropriate visa type as part of our process.

Bridging visas are granted to allow you to remain in Australia while you are waiting for an application to be processed, or to provide lawful status while you make arrangements to depart Australia. Click here for more information.

You will require English Testing for all visa types unless you are from a certain passport country. There are several types of English Tests and we can assist with this information.

You must meet character requirements for all Australian visas and you will need to provide police checks for any country that you have lived for more than 12 months in the last 10 years.

You and your family must past health requirements for all visa applications, we will provide instructions for your health examination after your visa is submitted.

Permanent residence is the name given to a non-Australian citizen who is the holder of an Australian permanent visa. A permanent resident can live, work and study without restriction in Australia on a permanent basis. Note, a permanent resident does not hold an Australian passport.

Temporary Residence visas allow people to live and work in Australia for a limited time. Most Temporary Residence visas require sponsorship by an Australian business or State/Territory Government which needs the approval from the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA). Not all Temporary visas allow the visa holder to work in Australia.

Australian citizenship is an important step in your migration story. Becoming an Australian citizen means that you are making an ongoing commitment to Australia and all that this country stands for and is the beginning of your formal membership of the Australian community.

If you have previously migrated to Australia, currently have permanent residence, satisfy the residential requirements and are of good character, you might be eligible for Australian citizenship.

An expression of interest (EOI) is a way of showing your interest in applying for a skilled visa to immigrate to Australia. It is an online form in SkillSelect which asks a series of questions about your skills depending on the visa subclass that you are selecting to apply for.

The EOI is used to calculate your ability to meet the points test for certain skilled visas. It is available for Employers and State/Territory Government agencies should you like to be considered for a sponsored skilled visa.

Most Permanent Residency visa applications require you to be under 45 years of age. Some business visas have higher age requirements. Temporary visas do not have age restrictions.

New Zealand Citizens have a few different visa options to allow them to pursue Citizenship. They may need Permanent Residency first. Click here for more information.

A sponsor must inform Department of Home Affairs of changes to circumstances within 28 days. This includes cessation of visa holders, change of address, change of Directors etc.

If a visa holder is no longer working for sponsor they have 60 days to find a new sponsor, lodge a new visa or depart Australia.
